Fellowships

The Community Health Fellowship educates physicians to approach healthcare from the perspectives of populations and communities with a clear focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and the development of collaborative models of care. The 12 month, full-time fellowship provides a comprehensive experience, preparing fellows for leadership roles in the community and in academic medicine.
